The Hollinger hash

On Oct. 13, 2004, Justice Colin Campbell appointed Ernst & Young inspectors of Hollinger Inc. and expressed concern that the company "not be subjected to an interfering, overly intrusive, long and costly process." Ernst & Young has collected well over $20-million for its inspection, has not identified one misspent cent under our management of the company, contributed materially to making the company insolvent, and then was appointed by the same judge to be its well-paid monitor. © 2025 Conrad Black ![]() |
